Manila, Nov. 29 -- The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Sunday reported 11 new cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) among overseas Filipinos, pushing the total number of infections to 11,676.

In its latest case bulletin, the DFA also tallied nine new fatalities and no new Covid-19 recoveries among Filipinos abroad.

These numbers bring the death toll to 845 and the total number of recoveries to 7,497.

Meanwhile, about 3,334 Filipinos overseas are still undergoing treatment.

"The DFA remains fully committed to monitoring the situation of overseas Filipinos who are affected by the pandemic and remains steadfast in promoting and protecting their welfare," the DFA statement read.
