Manila, Jan. 14 -- The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) on Tuesday warned the public against individuals falsely claiming to have connections with its Local Government and Regional Coordination Bureau (LGRCB) to facilitate the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) requests.
