Carrying the theme "Sarap ng Pagkaing Pilipino: Yaman ng ating Kasaysayan, Kultura, at Pagkatao" (Savory Filipino Food: A Treasure of History, Culture and Identity), an ongoing food exhibit highlights the region's unique gastronomy, which often features locally sourced and previously underutilized ingredients that are now being revitalized.
