Manila, Feb. 20 -- The Department of Agrarian Reform's (DAR) continuous assistance through essential farm equipment and machinery, including training, has helped Palawan farmers boost productivity and enhance their livelihood.
In a news release on Thursday, DAR reiterated its commitment to empowering farmers nationwide and helping them increase agricultural productivity for a sustainable future.
"This initiative aligns with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s directive and that of Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III to strengthen the livelihood activities of agrarian reform beneficiaries' organizations (ARBOs) nationwide," the statement read.
