Manila, Nov. 5 -- The Department of Agriculture (DA) will implement a price freeze on agricultural commodities in areas hardest hit by Typhoon Tino (international name Kalmaegi) following President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s declaration of a state of national calamity.
