Manila, Feb. 12 -- The Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) has released a "Parent's Pocket Guide" aimed at helping families prevent child sexual abuse through open communication, body safety education and digital vigilance.

In a series of guide cards shared in its Facebook page on Thursday, the CWC underscored that child sexual abuse awareness (CSAA) is a difficult but necessary conversation that must begin at home.
