Manila, Dec. 30 -- As part of the heightened security measures for the holiday season, Philippine National Police (PNP) acting chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. on Tuesday reiterated its strict enforcement of the one-strike policy against indiscriminate firing.
