Manila, Feb. 28 -- Negros Oriental-based cooperative Perpetual Help Community Cooperative, Inc. (PHCCI) is offering two additional burial benefits for qualified members effective March 1.

In a press conference here Friday, PHCCI chief marketing officer Rex Rastica said the benefits are PHP30,000 burial package with partner funeral homes and the use of a brand new 30-seater coaster.

"The burial package will be offered to members in good standing who have passed, and can be used for the casket and other funeral services. But this is not convertible to cash," he said, adding this is on top of the regular mortuary benefits for members.
