Manila, Sept. 17 -- The local government here has created a committee to ensure that projects in Iloilo City are transparent and that implementing agencies are accountable.

Mayor Raisa Trenas, through Executive Order (EO) No. 084, released late Monday afternoon, created the Iloilo City Infrastructure Coordination Committee, which shall validate the feasibility and practicability of proposed projects and evaluate their conformity with the Iloilo City Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
