Manila, March 24 -- The Commission on Elections in the Cordillera Administrative Region (Comelec-CAR) on Monday urged the public to report violations in the "Kontra Bigay" campaign, the government initiative to curb bribery ahead of the May 12 elections.

"Sana magtulungan tayo. Mag-submit sila ng mga information, litrato at iba pang impormasyon na magle-lead sa amin sa imbestigasyon na hindi namin sila kakailanganin para hindi rin sila matakot na magsumbong (Let us help each other. We urge the public to submit information, photographs and other details that can lead us to an investigation that would not necessitate their participation if they are afraid of possible reprisals)," Comelec-CAR Director Julius Torres said in a media interview...
