Philippines, Feb. 10 -- Supporters of senatorial candidates and party-list groups in Antique are rushing to remove illegally posted and oversized campaign materials following the directive of the Commission on Elections (Comelec).

Angel Pacificador, Antique Provincial Coordinator of the Uswag Party-list, said on Monday that they had begun taking down posters in public spaces and those exceeding the allowed size.

AnaKalusugan Party-list supporter Wilson Geronimo also confirmed that they are transferring campaign posters from public areas along national roads to private properties where they are permitted.
