Manila, June 5 -- The Commission on Elections (Comelec) is looking at proclaiming Bagong Henerasyon (BH) as among the party-list winners in the May 12 midterm elections next week.

In an interview on Thursday, Comelec Chairperson George Garcia said the Commission en banc has already issued a Certificate of Finality and Entry of Judgment on the dismissal of the petition seeking BH's disqualification from the party-list race.

"Expect the National Board of Canvassers to proclaim BH party-list any moment from now," Garcia said. "There is a possibility that the proclamation may happen early next week."
