MANILA, Nov. 19 -- The Committee of Agriculture of the House of Representatives tackled several House Bills regarding the common theme of developing the coffee industry in the Philippines. The proposals in the bills were varied in their approaches but the common theme of the measures was the urgent need to promote the industry and the farm workers in the same.
