Manila, April 10 -- Cloudy skies and isolated light rains will prevail on Saturday with the northeasterly surface wind flow affecting extreme Northern Luzon and the easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country.

In its daily weather bulletin released at 4 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Batanes and the Babuyan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought by the northeasterly surface wind flow.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers brought by the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
