Manila, June 16 -- Most parts of the country will experience cloudy skies and isolated rain showers Wednesday, a weather specialist said.
"Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains will prevail as (the) southwest monsoon affects northern and central Luzon," said Benison Estareja of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
He forecast fair weather for Metro Manila.
The western part of Mindanao is likely to experience rains caused by localized thunderstorms.
In the afternoon until the evening, the Davao and Soccsksargen regions may also experience rains, Estareja said.
