Manila, May 15 -- Clark International Airport (CRK) has announced it qualified for Airports Council International's (ACI) Level 1 Airport Customer Experience accreditation.
The said global accreditation program was designed to guide airports in improving customer experience management.
It also helps airports assess and elevate their customer service practices across various key domains, from governance and strategy to service design and innovation.
CRK has been conducting the ACI's Airport Service Quality survey since last year, but this year is the first time that the gateway is getting the official accreditation.
