Manila, March 7 -- Senate President Francis Escudero on Friday lauded the signing of Republic Act (RA) 12124, or the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) Act into law, calling it a transformative measure that will make higher education more accessible, particularly for working professionals.
