Manila, April 19 -- Low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific (CEB) has provided options following disruptions at the Dubai International Airport as a result of the recent heavy rains and flooding.

The options include free rebooking or a travel fund for those who would like to postpone their flights until April 24.

These may be availed of up to two hours before their scheduled departure, CEB said in an advisory.

"Our top priority has been to bring our passengers to their intended destinations as soon as conditions permit. In the process, there have been delays in the delivery of baggage from Dubai.
