Manila, June 9 -- A five-minute police response to emergency calls is achievable within the Caraga Region, a top police official said Monday.
"In the Caraga region, we have established a mobile application utilizing location-based technology for more accessible crime reporting and swift police assistance," said Brig. Gen. Christopher Abrahano, director of the Police Regional Office-Caraga (PRO-13), at a press conference that included a simulation activity.
Abarahano was referring to the AGAP mobile application, which was officially launched at PRO-13 headquarters before the May 12 midterm polls.
