Manila, June 4 -- The Commission on Appointments (CA) on Wednesday confirmed the ad interim appointments of several Marcos administration officials, including Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon.

Others who received confirmation include Civil Service Commissioner Luis Meinrado Pangulayan, Commission on Audit (COA) chief Douglas Michael Mallillin, and 86 senior military officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).

Pangulayan, a career government official, highlighted his decade-long service in the Department of Agrarian Reform and his prior roles in various government boards.

"I intend to continue serving the Filipino people, this time as Commissioner of the central human resource institution of the Republic," he said.
