Manila, March 29 -- Special Assistant to the President for Investments and Economic Affairs Frederick Go said Friday the Capital Markets Efficiency Promotion Act is being transmitted to the Office of the President, with the bill seen to be signed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. within a month.

"The law has been passed by Congress. It is now being transmitted to the Office of the President. I am of the belief that this will be passed into law in the next 30 days," Go said at the Let's CREATE MORE Manufacturing in the Philippines, a domestic roadshow for the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises to Maximize Opportunities for Reinvigorating the Economy (CREATE MORE) law, in Makati City.
