Manila, Jan. 3 -- The Bureau of Immigration (BI) on Saturday reminded all registered foreign nationals in the Philippines of the mandatory conduct of the 2026 Annual Report, under Section 10 of Republic Act 562, otherwise known as the Alien Registration Act of 1950, as amended.
In a statement, the bureau reiterated its call for strict compliance, underscoring that the Annual Report remains a vital component of effective alien registration and immigration monitoring.
Under the law, all registered aliens are required to report in person to the BI within the first 60 days of the calendar year, or from Jan. 1 to March 1.
