Manila, June 11 -- The Benguet Electric Cooperative (Beneco) on Wednesday launched an online application that aims to provide member-consumer-owners (MCOs) convenient access to its services.
"Dito sa app na ito, mai-empower ang ating MCOs para sa information and communication kasi meron siyang widget na puwedeng ma-message kaagad ang hotline (This app will empower the MCOs through information and communication because it has a widget that allows direct messaging to the hotline)," Paul Donaal, head of Beneco's Management Information and Communications System (MICS) office, said during the launch of the "Beneco Mo Ito" (BMI) online app.
