Manila, July 10 -- The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) broke ground on Thursday a new housing development in New Clark City as part of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s flagship Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program.
In a statement, BCDA said the housing development in Capas, Tarlac will initially deliver 840 housing units under the program.
These units form part of a larger, masterplanned 5.84-hectare community that will eventually offer more than 3,400 residential units, including mid-rise buildings for affordable housing.
