Manila, April 15 -- The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) on Tuesday vowed to deliver a total of 57.18 kilometers of road networks in New Clark City (NCC), Tarlac by the end of the year.
In a statement, BCDA said the total length of road networks to be completed this year would cover 40 percent of the planned 148.44-km roads throughout NCC.
The government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC) is currently working on the NCC Connecting Road Package 2 with a total length of 15.7 km.
Package 2 will traverse NCC's industrial area, Virology and Vaccine Institute of the Philippines and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas complex.
