Manila, Jan. 16 -- A court in Lipa City, Batangas, has ordered the arrest of businessman Charlie "Atong" Ang and several others in connection with the disappearance of over a dozen cockfight enthusiasts.

Lipa City Regional Trial Court Branch 13 Judge Pamela Chavez-Izon issued the arrest warrant dated Jan. 15, 2026 and addressed to "any officer of the law." No bail was recommended.

Ang and his co-accused are facing kidnapping with homicide, kidnapping and serious illegal detention charges.
