Manila, April 3 -- The city government has completed a project improving and converting a halfway house built by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) for rebel returnees into a facility that can also accommodate beneficiaries of the City Social Welfare and Development Office's (CSWDO) programs.
Mayor Benjamin Magalong said in a media release Thursday that various government offices' resources put together for such project would provide better service to the constituents.
