Manila, Nov. 18 -- Four Cebu Pacific flights between Manila and Tuguegarao were cancelled as of Monday noon due to bad weather, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) reported.
These flights were flights 5J 504/505, 506/507 Manila-Tuguegarao-Manila.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Tropical Storm Ramon continues to move towards northern Cagayan.
It is forecast to make landfall over the province between Monday night and Tuesday morning.
