Manila, June 19 -- The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), in collaboration with key government agencies and private sector stakeholders, officially launched the joint memorandum circular (JMC), which aims to streamline the approval of permits for the construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of water supply and wastewater systems along the public and private roads.
In a news release on Thursday, the ARTA said the launch was held at the ARTA Innovation Hub, UP Ayala TechnoHub in Quezon City, calling it a significant move toward improving access to safe and sustainable water services.
