Manila, Feb. 12 -- The 3rd Infantry Division of the Philippine Army considered the shooting incident that happened at the headquarters of the 6th Cavalry Company, Camp General Macario B. Peralta Jr. in Jamindan, Capiz Monday night an isolated case.

The incident resulted in the death of PFC Wencel Jay Puntuan, 26, from Cotabato. The alleged suspect was identified as PFC Rosarjoe Manajero, 31, from Lambunao, Iloilo. Both are members of the 6th Cavalry Company.
