Philippines, Feb. 10 -- Philippine Army (PA) chief, Lt. Gen. Roy Galido, hailed the Basilan-based 101st "Three Red Arrows" Infantry Brigade for its role in maintaining peace and progress in the province.
Col. Louie Dema-ala, PA spokesperson, on Monday said the Army commander made this known following a recent visit to the unit's headquarters at Camp Luis Biel II, Barangay Tabiawan, Isabela City.
He added that Galido expressed his appreciation for the troops' discipline, dedication and sacrifice in ensuring the security of the people of Basilan.
