Manila, June 27 -- Philippine Army (PA) commander Lt. Gen. Roy Galido lauded the officers and enlisted personnel of the Sulu-based 11th Infantry Division for their efforts to secure the province and other areas under their jurisdiction.

Galido made the remark during his visit to the headquarters of the unit at Camp Teodulfo Bautista in Busbus, Jolo, Sulu on June 24, PA spokesperson Col. Louie Dema-ala said in a statement Thursday night.
