Manila, Feb. 6 -- Newly-promoted personnel of the Antique Provincial Police Office (APPO) are reminded of their commitment to serve the community, especially in the forthcoming 2025 midterm polls.

APPO Director Col. Lea Rose Pena, in her message during the donning and pinning of ranks ceremony at the provincial headquarters on Thursday, said that alongside their promotion are their responsibilities, especially for the May 12 National and Local Elections (NLE).

"The forthcoming election will really require police officers to go beyond their regular tasks, of which their commitment will be needed," the police director said.
