Manila, Feb. 11 -- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Tuesday lauded Angkas chief executive officer (CEO) George Royeca for taking responsibility and complying with its investigation into a road-blocking incident involving a motorcade of the ride-hailing firm's riders in Cainta, Rizal.

In a statement, LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Vigor Mendoza II said a show cause order (SCO) was issued to Royeca after the latter took full responsibility for the incident.

The first hearing was held on Monday at the LTO Central Office where Royeca was asked to submit documents and explain the incident.
