Manila, Feb. 18 -- The Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas senatorial ticket would advocate for unity and would never speak ill of their political opponents, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. said Tuesday as he wooed Metro Manila voters to choose his handpicked candidates.
During the culmination of the Alyansa's campaign kickoffs at the 12,000-capacity Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City, Marcos said he and the administration's senatorial candidates would focus on presenting their platforms and track record, amid the desperate move of other political parties to ridicule their rivals just to sway other voters.
