Manila, Feb. 19 -- The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Albay provincial office will enhance the agro-enterprise capabilities of an agrarian reform beneficiaries organization (ARBO) and boost rural livelihoods with a project worth PHP680,000.

In an interview on Wednesday, Chito Molina, the chief agrarian reform program officer of DAR Albay's Program Beneficiaries Development Division (PBDD), said the Tinapian Farmers and Fishermen Multi-Purpose Cooperative (TFFMPC), which has 98 members from Manito town, is the beneficiary of the Village Level Farm-Focused Enterprise Development (VLFED) project that will be awarded in March.
