Manila, March 26 -- Resignation of active duty military personnel cannot be done online, the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) said on Wednesday.

In an interview during PTV-4's "Bagong Pilipinas Ngayon", AFP spokesperson Col. Francel Margareth Padilla also maintained there is no truth to reports claiming that some military personnel are resigning due to the arrest and subsequent transport of former president Rodrigo R. Duterte to The Hague, Netherlands on March 11.
