Manila, Nov. 17 -- The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) on Monday denounced an old video that resurfaced online insinuating that the military has been "compromised."

The video, taken last year, shows then-House Speaker Martin Romualdez and then-House Committee on Appropriations chair Rep. Zaldy Co having a video call with AFP chief Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr. regarding the approval of the increase of the military's subsistence allowance from PHP150 to PHP350.
