Manila, June 11 -- There is a video on Facebook, threads and Instagram which showed an individual riding a bus who was clearly within the autism spectrum being mauled and tasered by his fellow passengers because he was allegedly bothering them.

If one watches the video carefully, it can be seen that the victim was agitated and moving around and going near another passenger who was taking a video. He then pushed the victim which agitated the victim further. Other people came in and started shoving the victim when he began shouting.
