Manila, Feb. 19 -- His face, etched with lines of experience and reflecting a quiet resilience and passion that refuses to be dimmed, Edwin Acoy, a farmer from Barangay Panitian, Sofronio Espanola, Palawan, stands as living proof of how the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) is transforming lives and empowering Filipino farmers.
