Manila, March 20 -- The Ministry of Social Services of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MOSS-ARMM) intensified Wednesday its humanitarian mission in seven towns of Maguindanao where some 6,595 families have been displaced by the ongoing skirmishes between military forces and the Islamic State-inspired Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF). "It (relief operation) will go on full swing today (Wednesday) amid drizzles in Maguindanao area due to a low-pressure area affecting the province," said Myrna Jocelyn Henry, information officer of the BARMM Humanitarian Emergency Action Response Team (HEART).
