Manila, July 1 -- The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has received 600 computer sets from Concentrix Philippines (CNX) to be donated to schools in underserved communities.

In a news release on Tuesday, DICT Secretary Henry Aguda thanked CNX for supporting the "Digital Bayanihan" that seeks to narrow the digital gap in the country in line with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s directive to connect all schools.

"Bayanihan (cooperation) means heroes coming together and working towards a common goal. Thank you for being heroes by investing in our future, our youth," Aguda said.
