Manila, March 28 -- At least 50 persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP)-Romblon District Jail have started training on photovoltaic system installation.

Mimaropa Regional Information Officer Joefrie Anglo said local trainers from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and Romblon National Institute of Technology (RNIT) provided the free training to equip the PDLs with essential skills in site assessment, solar photovoltaic systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
