Manila, March 4 -- Police in Central Luzon arrested five of the region's most wanted individuals in separate operations on Monday, the Police Regional Office (PRO) 3 reported on Tuesday.

First to fall into government hands was Marcial Tuazon, 52, who was arrested in Munoz, Nueva Ecija at 9:25 a.m. The PRO-3 said he was wanted for statutory rape and was ordered arrested by Nueva Ecija Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 88. No bail was recommended for his temporary release.

In San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, 29-year-old Kayshene Gabuan was arrested at 11:20 a.m. in connection with the two counts of statutory rape he is facing before the Bulacan RTC Branch 5-FC.
