Manila, Feb. 17 -- The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)'s Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) is a human development program of the national government that provides conditional cash grants to the poorest of the poor. The aim is to improve their health, nutrition, and education, particularly of children aged 0-18, for a maximum of seven years. It is also a national poverty reduction strategy launched in 2008 and institutionalized by Republic Act No. 11310, better known as the 4Ps Act of 2019.
