Manila, March 19 -- The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and the city government of San Juan have partnered to establish a 30-story building project under the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

In a news release on Wednesday, DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar said the building is just one of the multiple housing projects proposed by the city government to DHSUD under 4PH.

"More than just another event or another project launch, this is a dream turning into reality," he said.

The DHSUD is committed to fast-tracking the housing projects in response to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s directive and the reported housing needs in San Juan City, he added.
