MANILA, Nov. 28 -- Four weather systems will bring rain to parts of the country, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Friday.

The trough of Severe Tropical Storm Koto (formerly Verbena) will cause scattered rains and thunderstorms in Palawan.

Scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the shear line are also forecast in Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya.

The same weather conditions will prevail across Aurora and Quezon due to the easterlies.

The northeast monsoon or "amihan" will cause rains across Ilocos Region, Batanes, and the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region.
