Manila, Feb. 14 -- Three weather systems will bring rains across the country Friday, the weather bureau said.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will experience scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the easterlies are also forecast over the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon.

The same weather condition is expected across Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and Davao Region due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ).

Moderate to heavy rains in these areas could result in flash floods or landslides, according to PAGASA.
