Manila, Feb. 22 -- The shear line, the easterlies and the northeast monsoon will continue to bring cloudy skies and rains in most parts of the country, the weather bureau said Saturday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms will prevail over the Visayas, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Caraga, Davao Region, Laguna, Batangas, and Quezon.

Flash floods or landslides may occur in these areas due to moderate to heavy, with at times intense rains, PAGASA warned.
