MANILA, Feb. 16 -- The shearline, easterlies, and intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will continue to bring scattered rains over parts of the country, the weather bureau said on Sunday.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the shearline will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Batanes and the Babuyan Islands.
Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will also prevail in mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon due to easterlies or winds from the Pacific.
